Head of HR

Working closely with the CEO/Commercial Manager and HR team, you will be instrumental in strengthening all aspects of the HR function.

To lead and develop all direct reports to ensure the delivery of an effective HR strategy in partnership with managers across the organisation.

Your ability to understand complex issues, deliver proactive solutions, instil a culture of performance management and support the organisation through a period of change will be essential.

You will have extensive HR experience leading a department and be able to manage a full range of HR services to a high standard, dealing with people sensitively and professionally at all levels along the way.

An impressive knowledge of, and experience in, employment law, policy writing, pay and reward, recruitment retention and using and understanding management information, will form a part of your wide ranging skills.

Must be fully CIPD qualified

Experience in the legal sector would be preferred but not essential
