Job Information

We are recruiting for a highly successful IFA firm with a strong presence in Surrey looking for an Administrator with a strong Pensions background ideally of from an IFA environment.

As the successful candidate you will:

Have knowledge of back office systems ideally Avelo, Advisor Office and Word and Excel

You will need to have the following skills to do this successfully:

Extensive experience as a Pensions Administrator or IFA administrator as the role will be challenging and you will need to be able to hit the ground running.

Some progress towards industry relevant qualifications i.e. Diploma in Financial Planning but not essential

A positive and polished demeanour, and a methodical mind are essential as well as being extremely well organised. Experience of excel reports would also be advantageous.
