Job Information
To provide business support to the Financial Advisors, working within the agreed business objectivesTo provide shadow support as required
To maintain the highest possible ethical and professional standards at all times
Administrator
To assist with non-advisory administration , plus provide administrative support
Current and detailed knowledge of intermediary market in financial services
Ad hoc admin duties to include mail shots, general correspondence
Preparing research, agendas and paperwork for client review meetings
Administrative support to encompass the processing of research, new business and client valuations
To act as a liaison point for clients and providers
To maintain and update client information
To provide ad-hoc shadow support for the office

Qualification requirements and Experience
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
Knowledge of Financial Services Software would be an advantage
Have at least 2 years relevant experience within Financial Services, plus experience within report writing
