Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 DOE

Cameron James is currently assisting a reputable and successful family ran company in their immediate search for a Sales Support Administrator. Reporting in to the Account Manager, and joining a lively team of 12, The Sales Support Administrator will be an integral part of the companies continued success and will play a pivotal part in assisting the sales team in exceeding targets.

The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for providing first class sales administration to the Account Manager whilst building strong business relationships with key existing clients. Other responsibilities include;

• Answering and dealing with all incoming calls.
• Processing verbal orders and all new sales enquiries.
• Chasing delivery dates, requests and sending POD’s.
• Ensuring requested delivery dates are met and customers are advised on any delays.
• Booking in deliveries.
• Raising quotes and then analysing quotes on a monthly basis.
• Managing the customer portfolio on a daily basis.
• Produce monthly reports on portfolios alongside the Account Managers.
• Building strong, credible business relationships with customers.
• Liaising with customers on a regular basis.
• Carrying out weekly reports on customer contact, opportunities, updates and quotes.
• Managing and monitoring customer call offs, including logging and analysing on a monthly basis.
• Managing customer complaints and enduring a reasonable resolution is reached.
• Providing a successful and smooth on-boarding process for all new customers.



In order to be considered for this role, the chosen candidate must be able to demonstrate working on their own initiative above all else. Other requirements include;

• Previous experience within a Sales Administration role.
• Confident in calling clients to discuss orders and delivery dates.
• Possessing a first-class attention to detail.
• Experience of holding business conversations with clients over the telephone.
• First class communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and Outlook experience.
• A working knowledge of Data and CRM systems is essential!
