New Business Broker : South West England : Home based
£40 -45,000 Basic DOE + Bonus, Pension and other Benefits
Our client is a leading Independent Insurance Broker is seeking a Dynamic New Business Development Broker to cover the South West England.
Our clients head office is in Gloucestershire where they would look for you to go into the office once a week
The role will consist of Developing Accounts with premiums in excess of £5000 in premium across all classes of Commercial Insurance.
You will receive the full support and backing of a designated account handler and a new business broking team to assist you in acquiring the new business.
In Addition to developing your own pipeline you will work alongside our telephone sales team targeting the businesses and trades in the areas you wish to develop.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Dynamic New business development Executive in a Brokerage that has a highly respected reputation in the market.
Our client is looking for a candidate who has the following: -

• At Least 5 Years Commercial Experience
• Excellent negotiation skills with Insurers and prospects
• A proven new business Insurance History
• An Ability to meet and exceed targets and KPI
• Excellent knowledge of the Insurance Market and its trends
• Cert CII OR Above
