We are working with an exciting Tech company who are rapidly expanding in the UK market and have seen huge growth and market share over the last few years. Because of this growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Recruiter to join their in-house recruitment team.

The role will report into the Recruitment Manager and will also work as part of the HR team. The main focus of the role will be to assist and be responsible for the high volume recruitment across the business. You will be a company champion and serve as the direct point of contact for candidates, internal management and will be directly controlling, influencing, impacting, and managing recruiting services. You’ll drive the end-to-end creative staffing process and ensure the best possible candidate experience throughout. Key duties will involve;

• Working as part of a team of 3 within the Recruitment team- sourcing and recruiting for around c100 live vacancies at any one time.
• Ownership of vacancies across the board, working closely with Hiring Managers and Talent team.
• Assist in establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Identify and source top talent - Developers, Artists, Analytics, Audio, Designers and also service teams - finance, It, Management roles etc
• Day to day management of the in house candidate tracking system, ensuring current roles are live and up to date, and all candidates are managed accordingly.
• Arranging and facilitating interviews, including scheduling, performing phone screens, working directly with candidates and internal managers and arranging travel
• Managing candidate offers, including negotiations from start to finish
• Coordinate postings on job boards, print ads, our website, and other sources.

For this role candidate must have proven recruitment experience and ideally have in-house experience, although agency recruiters will be considered. It is essential that you have experience dealing with high volume recruitment and have similar industry experience - Tech, IT, Gaming, Betting, Digital, Creative & Marketing, Web design etc

This is a busy and fast paced environment, so you will need to be able to effectively manage your own workload and be confident dealing with all managers across the business.
