A fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established beneficiary company they are looking for a stand-alone L&D advisor. Reporting directly to the HR director the client is looking for someone with a vibrant personality and strong work ethic. Immediate start.

Although this is prominently a stand-alone position the ideal candidate would also be working closing alongside the HR team there is revenue for further training and development.

duties will include:

• Proactively implement training strategies and development programmes for all departments and roles, in line with business objectives.
• Identify training and development needs within Edenred UK through job analysis and regular consultation with stakeholders.
• Organise, track and deliver a range of internal and external L&D programmes, working with 3rd party suppliers where required.
• Create and monitor monthly reports to highlight trends, risks and action points
• Play a key role in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages.
• Take an active role on performance coaching with key stakeholders across the business
• Management of all employee induction and welcome programmes.
• Carry out all L&D related administration.
• Involved in the strategy and implementation of company-wide motivational programmes.
• Implementation of departmental motivational events.
• Co-ordinate and implement employee communication projects.
• Conduct Employee Surveys as and when required.
• Undertake projects as requested by management team.
• To ensure staff notices are updated on a regular basis and that all relevant information is communicated.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development and sound knowledge of delivering in-house training strategies, departmental training programmes and personal development plans. Someone with an eye for detail and Good understanding and proficiency in HR best practice.
