Are you an ACA Qualified Big Four candidate looking to make your first step into Industry? Our client is a high growth Technology Company. They are looking for a commercially focused Financial Accountant who is looking to make their first step from a Big Four role into Industry.

Reporting into the Directors the role will be a ‘hands on’ position, you will responsible for the full finance function and all the day to day accounting. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Responsible for the revenue recognition on a monthly basis including revenue cut off at year end
• The setup of invoicing and revenue recognition of our new subscription based software,
• Finance function process improvement - mapping out the current process, identifying where to improve and implementing the change
• Responsibility for consolidation of the group companies accounts on a first year audit engagement, including accounts preparation and communication with the audit team.
• Involvement and overseeing the groups cash flow, ensuring there is enough cash in the correct regions to meet the company’s obligations
• Part of the team in charge of regional sales tax compliance

Skills / Background required:

• SalesForce (CRM) system knowledge preferable but not essential
• Track record of consolidating group entities
• Knowledge of UK GAAP specifically FRS102
• ACA qualified from a Big 4 Firm
• 1-2 years post qualified
• Intermediate to high level of MS Excel
• Good Degree from a British University
