Employee Engagement Advisor

Key Duties-

To create, develop and implement talent succession planning and talent attraction strategies

You will be tasked with planning, implementing, assessing and monitoring training for all Staff across the business.

Daily tasks will include performance reviews, training recommendations while working very closely with relevant business stakeholders in identifying knowledge and skill gaps.

You will provide ideas to retain talent and improve employee development.

You will assist with the ongoing long-term improvement of employees' skills, enabling them to fulfil their potential within a rapidly expanding organisation.

You will work closely with the senior management team to develop a strategy to retain IIP Gold against the nine indicators.

Experience and Qualifications:-
Extensive knowledge of organisational development

Successful experience of implementation and/or retention of IIP award

A proven track record in successful talent management and succession planning at a senior level

CIPD Qualified desirable but not essential

Proficient understanding of the different aspects of HR, OD and Training and how these fit together.

Excellent communicator

Self-motivated to achieve successful results
