I am working alongside a very reputable manufacturing company based near Morley who due to expansion, are looking for an organised Management Accountant to fit in with their dynamic and flexible team. They are looking for the right person to hit the ground running, offer advice and another point of view and assist the Finance Director with a majority of duties including ad hoc tasks.

WHAT YOU'LL BE EXPECTED TO DO

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• VAT Returns
• Bank Reconciliations
• Euro Supplier Payments
• Intrastat
• Invoice Finance reconciliations
• Nominal Payments - direct debits etc
• Fixed Assets
• Analysis of expenses
• Preparation of P11D schedule
• Prepayments
• Accruals
• Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Reporting - creating reports for sales managers
• Preparing the Management Accounts and Consolidation

There are also areas to be developed such as Cash Flow, Budgets, Forecasts, Cost Centre reviews etc. which the client would appreciate another outlook on.



WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM YOU

• Part Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA
• Willing to learn; the client accepts you may not be the finished product
• Not afraid to challenge something if you don't believe it's the most efficient way around things; say your opinion
• Flexible; accept that you may be involved in other tasks here and there
