HR Advisor (1 year FTC)

Reporting into the Head of HR, the role will have main responsibility for the day to day operations of the HR function to the business. This is a true generalist HR position and covers all aspects of the employee life cycle including, ER, Recruitment, L&D, HR Best Practice, HR Advisory service to the business and HR Administration. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

- Providing coaching, advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of ER; Performance management support, Disciplinary and Grievance meetings, Absence management etc.
- Dealing with all aspects of recruitment - dealing with agencies, reviewing CV and shortlisting candidates, organising interviews, managing offers, reference and the induction process
- Learning and development initiatives, organising training and courses for all employees
- Overseeing HR Administration and assisting when required - HR reports for the board, starters / leavers etc.

You must;
- Have strong Generalist experience with solid knowledge of current employment law
- Ideally be CIPD qualified
- Must have strong communication skills and be confident liaising with managers across the business
