HR Advisor (1 year FTC)Reporting into the Head of HR, the role will have main responsibility for the day to day operations of the HR function to the business. This is a true generalist HR position and covers all aspects of the employee life cycle including, ER, Recruitment, L&D, HR Best Practice, HR Advisory service to the business and HR Administration. Key duties and responsibilities will include;
- Providing coaching, advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of ER; Performance management support, Disciplinary and Grievance meetings, Absence management etc.
- Dealing with all aspects of recruitment - dealing with agencies, reviewing CV and shortlisting candidates, organising interviews, managing offers, reference and the induction process
- Learning and development initiatives, organising training and courses for all employees
- Overseeing HR Administration and assisting when required - HR reports for the board, starters / leavers etc.
You must;
- Have strong Generalist experience with solid knowledge of current employment law
- Ideally be CIPD qualified
- Must have strong communication skills and be confident liaising with managers across the business
