I am currently working with a well-established, extremely successful private Medical Insurance Brokers. They are looking to expand and grow the talented sales team based in the centre of Cheltenham town. Immediate starts available for the right person!

Reporting into the Office Manager and Director and working alongside a friendly yet professional team, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced outbound telesales agent who is fuelled with ambition, a strong work ethic, tenacious, confident and money hungry attitude.

Day to day duties to include:

• Contacting and building relationships with insurers and individuals
• Using fact finding techniques to high light features and benefits of the product
• Producing suitable policy’s from the panels of leading insurers
• Converting sales
• Adhering to FCA regulations
• Outbound sales calls
• Working towards and over achieving targets

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 years’ experience working in a sales environment, outbound preferable, someone who has the ability to communicate on all levels using empathy and negotiation skills with a positive attitude, self-motivated and possess excellent time management. Industry experience is not essential as long as you have the right attitude and work ethic you will succeed!

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a fun and friendly, growing sales team with a great basic salary of £16,000 and OTE upto £65,000, regular incentives, paid Christmas holidays and uncapped commission.
