Cameron James is currently assisting a market leader within the mortgage industry in their search for a Mortgage Broker for their Brentwood offices. You will be rewarded with market best salary plus commissions, benefits and car allowance. Figures can be discussed on application.

This is a new role within the company and is due to continued success and organic growth.

• Taking ownership of a number of cases and seeing them through from start to completion.
• Liaising with lenders ensuring all documentation is submitted.
• Developing relationships with appropriate lenders.
• Maintaining business logs.
• Ensuring records are kept appropriately in line with the companies recording keeping requirements.
• Processing quotations and sending them out to relevant parties.
• Dealing with suitability reports/letters for Mortgages
• Diary management of events scheduled for the Mortgage Protection Advisors.
• Dealing with any incoming general enquiries.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Working in a team of Mortgage Processors and 10 Mortgage Advisors, the chosen candidate must have a first-rate work ethos and must be able to communicate with both Administrators and the Mortgage Protection Advisors ensuring all relevant parties are kept up to date with all office processes. The chosen candidate must also;

• Possess a first-class mortgage and protection experience, ideally 2+ years whole of market.
• The ability to work on individual initiative whilst understanding the dynamics of working in a team.
• Have first class organisational skills and be able to juggle numerous responsibilities at once.
• Be able to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines whilst ensuring quality of work is never compromised.
• Have strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Have experience of working within the Mortgage sector is highly essential and is a pre-requisite for the role.
