Daily duties

• Building a strong rapport with both candidates and clients
• Interviewing candidates
• Arranging interviews and meetings
• Business Development Calls
• Selling candidates to roles
• CV searching
• Meeting and exceeding targets
• Updating with candidates
• Gaining leads and converting these
• Matching and filling jobs

Ideal candidate

• Previous recruitment or sales experience
• Target driven
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
