Job Information

Cameron James are working exclusively with a growing logistics business and they are looking for an experienced Administrator / PA to join the business. This is an immediate start, so ideally candidates will be on a short or no notice (although for the ideal candidate they will consider up to 1 month notice).

Responsible for providing full administrative support to the Corporate Client Director, including concise and accurate information to facilitate them being efficient and productive on all sales visits, calls, meetings etc., and any other tasks and follow up work as required. Achieving good relationships with the CCD’s portfolio of customers and becoming their point of contact for enquiries and quotations etc.

Performance Objectives

• Managing own and CCD’s time and task management effectively
• Ensuring all call preparation is complete and concise and that actions from customer visits are completed on time
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate information on each account in CCD’s portfolio
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with the customers in CCD’s portfolio
• Working closely alongside the CCD to meet all targets and KPI’s that are set

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

• Daily Activity - Calls/Emails/Quotations
• Efficient and effective customer visit booking and subsequent action from visits follow up for CCD
• Achieve weekly target on the quality of all appointment preparation and visit/call recording
• Ownership and management of the CCD’s Task List ensuring all tasks are completed on time

The ideal candidate must have:

• Ability to demonstrate strong organisational skills, regularly acting on own initiative
• Proven experience of providing administrative support to clients at all levels of seniority
• Proven client relationship management and the ability to achieve this with both internal and external clients
• Experience of managing and prioritising high volumes of work
• Excellent communication skills
