I am currently working on a fantastic new opportunity for a vibrant, energetic Office Manager in Central London. The role would be overlooking 2 different companies from the same office. The most recent start up is growing over the next 12 months.

General day to day duties are to include:

• Managing the front of house and meeting rooms
• Greeting guests / meeting attendees etc
• PA to two directors of the business : sometimes assisting personal items
• Managing all office supplies and assisting in managing office contracts
• Responsible for the filing systems, and potentially improving them!
• Managing holiday calendars for the business
• Co-ordinating diaries for recurring team meetings
• Responsible for the running of those meetings: agendas, minutes, follow up actions / chasing relevant individuals etc
• Assisting in the reporting requirements of the businesses
• Collating and distributing relevant research material for the Fairacre business
• Assisting with updating our websites, social media etc
• Assisting with the drafting of presentations, emailers, company bio reports
• Organising events on behalf of the businesses here, and co-ordinating events for members of the team to attend



The ideal candidate should come from either a real estate or financial background, charismatic, outgoing and have the ability to work as part of a team however also using their own initiative. Must be extremely well presented and spoken. Experience within a marketing background would be advantageous.
