Our client is a leading commercial brokerage who continue to post impressive year on year growth. As a result of this continued success, they are now looking for an insurance professional with a good grasp of commercial package insurance to join their team.
The role of Customer Service Advisor:
To handle all incoming written and verbal queries swiftly and professionally
To handle all accounts receivable tasks, taking payments, processing direct debit agreements and issuing refunds.
Build positive working relationships with clients, informing them of the services we provide.
To ensure contract certainty is achieved through the timely production and distribution of policy documentation, including but not limited to quotations and statements of fact.
To respond to any queries and questions from internal and external clients to support effective service delivery.
To review, investigate and respond to client complaints in line with the complaint handling procedure.
To identify and communicate areas of possible improvement, and escalate potential TCF issues.
To carry out ad hoc activity and tasks as identified by business leaders.
To operate to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key competencies:
Educated to GCSE standard
Previous insurance experience
Holding or working towards Cert CII status would be beneficial
