Our Clients are award winning estate agents since 1965 and are expert in the sale, letting and management of residential property. Drawing on 50 years of local experience, they are well placed to advise on property for sale within the Thames Gateway. They cover Essex and Canary Wharf and South East London. They require a Property Manager for their Benfleet Office.

Responsibilities:-

Transfer of rent.

Chasing late rent.

Property inspections

Property maintenance

Referencing new tenants.

Keeping Gas Safety Certificates up to date.

Salary £18 - £25k depending on experience

Car available from May.

Monday to Friday. 9:00 am to 6:00pm.
