We are currently looking to find a new Residential Mortgage Adviser to join the existing team in providing financial solutions for clients’ mortgage and insurance needs.

Our Clients’ are one of Bedfordshire`s leading mortgage brokers offering fee free whole of market mortgage advice.

It is an exciting opportunity to join an a rapidly growing, established and innovative financial services brokerage firm providing financial advice with the added benefit of having the latest in technology to help support both the client journey and advisor processes.

Skills and Qualifications Required

• CeMap Qualification
• 2 years mortgage advising experience (independent preferable)
• A Good listener and understand client’s financial goals with a proactive thought process
• Good communication skills and understanding of documents described in various financial instruments.
• Have good networking ability

This is a self Employed opportunity which is paid salary for the first 3 months then drawdown after that. Realistic OTE in the first year is £60 - £100k

75% commission paid on self generated leads.
