Cameron James is partnering with one of the fastest growing Independent brokers in the country in recruiting for a Professional Indemnity Account Executive.

Working for a young broker with a flexible, entrepreneurial company structure. You will be given the autonomy to build your portfolio in an environment where servicing the client is key; without the red tape sometimes encountered working for larger, corporate brokers.

As a broker who is currently expanding their network across the country, and have further expansion plans in the pipeline. You will be joining a business that offers real progression opportunities for the future.

Our client is looking for a candidate who has the following: -

• At least 5 years commercial/corporate Account executive experience
• Experience of development of existing accounts.
• A candidate who has the personality and confidence to develop relationships in a Commercial / Corporate market.
• Excellent negotiation skills with Insurers and clients.
• A proven record of a high retention rate of a book of business.
• Progress towards CII qualifications would be desirable.
