Job Information

My clients based in Central London are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their HR team. This opportunity will suit someone with around a couple of years` experience of payroll, and someone who has some experience of HR admin, or a desire to get involved in this area as well as payroll.

Main Duties:

Payroll

• Monthly processing of payroll
• Implementation of payroll procedures
• Collation of data including- new starters, leavers, sickness absence, overtime, etc
• Updating of all schedules related to payroll processing
• Payslip distribution, processing of payroll letters and preparation of payroll file

HR

• Preparation and administration of all HR documentation
• Induction support for new starters
• Tracking of probation and temporary staff
• Manage staff post-probation
• Assisting with maternity, paternity, flexible working and sickness matters.
• Filing and scanning of relevant documentation.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2-3 years + experience in a payroll position
• Proficient with MS Office
