We are working on an exclusive basis with a well-established and growing consultancy business based in Manchester, with the recruitment for an Internal / In-House Recruiter to join their busy HR team.
The role is part-time (3 full days), although they may consider candidates on a full-time basis.
Reporting into the HR Manager, the role will be responsible for all recruitment within the business and managing the full recruitment process across 2 sites (North West and South). The company has grown year on year and constantly has a steady pipeline of active positions across all areas of the business. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Managing all aspects of the recruitment process
• Development of adverts and other media to attract the best candidates.
• Liasing with managers across the business, taking and writing job descriptions
• Candidate attraction - using job boards, advertising, social media etc
• Shortlisting candidates - Initial sifting of CVs, Telephone and face to face interviews, Support to Managers for second interviews and candidates testing
• Review of all recruitment documentation to ensure compliant.
• Maintenance of LinkedIn profile and recruitment area of company website.
• On-going development of relationships with Universities and attendance at recruitment fairs, Organisation and facilitation of recruitment open days etc

For this role candidates will need to have proven recruitment experience - this could be internal or from an agency looking to move in-house. Ideally candidates will hold CIPD and have a minimum of two years` recruitment experience.
Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be liaising with all manager levels across the business.
They will be occasional travel to the Southern office (around 1-2 times per month) to assist with recruitment - interviewing, meeting line managers etc.
