A Chartered IFA in Chelmsford is seeking a Paraplanner to assist the Financial Planners and be a key part of the advice process. The Paraplanner will be the first point of contact for their clients and will attend all client meetings in order to effectively put the financial plan together.
The role will include;

• Writing Strategic Financial Plans with Cashflow Modelling
• Packaging and submitting cases to outsourced Suitability Report writers.
• Writing and preparing new business for submission
• Issuing post-implementation follow up letters to the client
• Updating client information in preparation of meetings and the creation of Financial Plans
• Issuing Annual Disclosure Documents to clients
• Taking notes during client meetings and issuing Executive Summaries
• Preparation of client files for plan management meetings and investment reviews
The successful candidate will be level 4 diploma qualified and will have a broad range of open market providers and products.
