We are working with a leading international insurance group and they are looking to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant for the CEO.

The Executive Assistant plays a very important role in providing support to the CEO, by sharing managerial work and helping the CEO in taking perfect business decisions. The position requires a high level of integrity, as you`ll likely be exposed to confidential and sensitive information. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Support the CEO in managing a complex agenda and managing the day to day operations
• Supervising the organization of conference/video calls, travel and guest arrangements, planning and scheduling of meetings and appointments, organizing and maintaining files and records, preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations, attending meetings and taking meeting minutes.
• Manage projects and to conduct market research in order to support the CEO in making important business decisions.
• Provide support to the CEO with completion of personal administrative tasks, personal travel arrangements etc.
• Provide quality customer service and client satisfaction by attending conference calls and also respond to correspondence received from both internal and external parties
• Ensure all reporting and administration is completed and passed to relevant departments across the group
• Perform managerial duties or to take staff or HOD`s meetings on behalf of the CEO.

For this role it is essential that candidates have proven experience at this level, have previously supported at the CEO level and ideally have experience working for larger / multinational organisations.

The idea candidate will hold a degree in Business, Accounting, Communications or hold professional qualifications in Insurance or financial Services.

Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required, with the ability to put together accurate reports and analysis.
