Working in partnership with a specialist law firm in Leeds City Centre I am currently recruiting for a HR Co-ordinator to join a busy team of 4 HR Advisors on a 3 month fixed term contract initially. The client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible so this will be a quick turnaround for the successful applicant.

Your role as HR Co-ordinator will be to deliver a quality HR support service to a busy team of 4 HR Advisors and the HR Director, staff and partners. This is a busy, interesting and responsible role enabling the HR team to deliver an excellent service to the business.

As the HR Co-ordinator you will be responsible for payroll and benefits : liaising with the external providers who calculate the payroll each month, and managing the firm`s range of employee and partner benefits.

You will also work closely with the HR Administrator to manage the recruitment process, arranging candidate interviews, liaising with agencies and producing job offers.

This role requires a high degree of accuracy, organisation, team work, polite and professional communication and the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment.

Working hours are between 9am : 6pm, Monday to Friday and the company in based in a fantastic location in the city centre You will receive a salary of £19,000 - £21,000 per annum depending on your experience (pro rata for the contract) with the possibility of a contract extension or even a permanent role if you do a fantastic job.

If you have previous payroll administration experience or have worked in administration within a HR or benefits environment and can demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail I would be very keen to speak with you about this role.
