Cameron James is working with one of the insurance industry`s leading commercial brokers looking to appoint a Trainee Development Account Executive to join their Leeds city centre-based team.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a sales focussed candidate with a grounding in insurance to develop their career and technical knowledge working for an organisation that will provide you with unrivalled career opportunities (including mentorship towards CII qualifications)

In order to be successful, you must have the skills to obtain new business and have the ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients

Requirements:

• Sales focussed with a drive to develop new business pipeline
• A desire to develop a strong technical knowledge of different commercial insurance products
• Experience working for an insurance broker
• Experience in providing specialised sales advise in the insurance market

Those with or working towards exams with The CII, will have an advantage and you will be encouraged to continue your professional development.
