Job Information

I am working in partnership with a well-established logistics company who are based in Heathrow. They are currently looking for an experienced HR Administrator / HR Assistant with some exposure to HR Advisor to join their successful operation, this is a great opportunity to further your career as a HR Advisor.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, the HR Administrator / HR Assistant will be responsible for generalist and comprehensive HR services to the business. Key duties will include;

• Recruitment and selection.
• Assisting with training programmes and employee development.
• Advise and support employees on company benefits.
• Employee retentions.
• Policies and procedures.
• Employee survey
• Performance management
• Payroll

The successful HR Administrator / HR Assistant must be CIPD qualified or working towards their CIPD qualification with a minimum of 2 years experience in HR. They must also be self-motivated and people orientated, confident and capable of working individually but able to build strong relationships, liaising and advising at all levels. High level of verbal communication and presentation skills together with solid employment law knowledge would be highly desirable.

In return, you will receive a salary up to £25,000 per annum with benefits including; pension, parking, discounts off products and 23 days holiday.
