Job Information

Working in partnership with a specialist Financial Planners in Altrincham I am currently recruiting for an IFA Administrator to work closely with the Director and Financial Planner.

As an IFA Administrator you will support the Director and Financial Planner with all Client Servicing and Business Processing administration work and PA duties.

Duties will include but will not be limited to;

• Processing Business
• Valuations
• Quotations
• ISA and Pension Transfers/Switches
• Preparing and Maintaining Client Files
• Diary Management
• Arranging Travel / Meetings
• Client Management

The successful IFA Administrator must have worked in a similar role previously and provided support to a Financial Planner, or will have provided direct support to Senior Management within and a relevant Product Provider environment.

In return you will receive a salary of up to £28,000 (Although negotiable dependent upon experience), plus support towards achieving industry relevant qualifications.
