If so, a fantastic opportunity has arisen with our clients` an award-winning chartered financial planning practice who advise their HNW clients` with all aspects of financial affairs, from managing investments to tax and retirement planning.
Within this role you will provide financial services administrative and technical support to senior team members.

Your responsibilities will be:
Request information and illustrations from companies
Prepare correspondence which includes compiling suitability letters, reports, investment valuations and spreadsheets
Responsible for ensuring internal and FCA compliance requirements are met
Agree reports with clients and arrange implementation and subsequent supervision and review
Update client files and information on client relationship management database as required
Liaise with investment companies, and broker intermediaries - as and when required
Use a range of technical Paraplanning skills including, but not limited to, investment and retirement planning; tax advice including estate planning & trusts; investments; protection; advice relating to non-UK individuals
To assist support staff and delegate where applicable
Ensure continuing professional development is up to date at all times
Record time accurately using the Practice Management System
Any other duties appropriate to the grade and level of responsibility of this post, for which the post holder has the necessary experience and/or training.
Be aware of the firms risk management and practice assurance procedures and ensure compliance


Attributes and skills
A good general education
Previous financial services experience
Passed or working towards Financial Planning qualifications
Good report and letter writing skills
Competent with use of MS office
Ideally previous exposure / working knowledge of Client Database systems
Tactful and diplomatic and be able to converse confidently with clients and colleagues
