A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a fast growing and hugely ambitious global clothing and textile brand as a Merchandise Admin. This is a role where the right candidate can grow and develop with the company`s expansion plans. The main duties of the Merchandise Admin will include:

• Working closely with the design team to ensure CADs are sent to the factory and customers
• Checking and validating purchase orders for cost prices, dates and quantities
• Building strong relationships with the factories, customers and agents
• Creating purchase orders from online ordering platform
• Checking labels and packing with the factory
• Working with the warehouse team for bookings, deliveries, collections and returns
• Ad hoc duties

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience as a Merchandise Administrator within the textile industry and will be looking for a new challenge in a position where they can have scope to learn and improve on their skillset, with the view of growing their role as the company grows.

A proactive and positive outlook is essential along with a willingness to learn and adapt. Customer service skills with excellent communication skills are vital for the merchandiser position. A good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages, specifically Excel and previous experience of working with Joor would be advantageous.

The company offers a salary up to £20,000 along with a generous benefits package which includes study support and onsite parking.
