An extremely exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market leading construction solutions company as a Management Accountant in the Hire Division Centre. Duties of the Management Accountant role will include:

• Yearly Budgets
• Quarterly forecasting
• Cash flow forecasting
• Month end reports
• Monthly journals
• WIP reconciliation balance sheets
• Accrual reconciliations balance sheets
• Reconciliation of unbilled, balance sheet accounts
• Internal audit of the department
• Manage the monthly production of accounts for department
• Manage the invoicing of all revenue
• Manage month end reports for regional accounts
• Ensure all work schedules are adhered to and all work is completed in a timely manner
• Analysis of monthly revenue and overheads
• Review projected margins, liaising with commercial manager on variances to estimate
• Ensuring all compliance is met

The Management Accountant should have a professional qualification and membership of either CIMA, ACCA or ACA. Will be advanced in use of MS Excel : Macros, V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, an advanced user of Oracle and have good use of all other MS packages.

It is vital for the position that the candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work to full potential with own initiative with exceptional organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and numerical skills along with a high level of accuracy and a fantastic eye for detail.

It would be highly advantageous for the candidate to have experience within the construction industry, with a sound business knowledge and an understanding of the current market. However, it is essential that you have 3 years` experience within a Management Accountant position.
