Job Information

Our Clients are a successful, boutique style firm of Financial Advisors based in the city. Due to expansion and success require an IFA Administrator.

Main Objective

• To provide business support to the Financial Advisors, working within the agreed business objectives
• To provide shadow support as required
• To maintain the highest possible ethical and professional standards at all times

Administrator

• To assist with non-advisory administration , plus provide administrative support
• Current and detailed knowledge of intermediary market in financial services
• Ad hoc admin duties to include mail shots, general correspondence
• Preparing research, agendas and paperwork for client review meetings
• Administrative support to encompass the processing of research, new business and client valuations
• To act as a liaison point for clients and providers
• To maintain and update client information
• To provide ad-hoc shadow support for the office

Qualification requirements and Experience

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
• Knowledge of Financial Services Software would be an advantage
• Have at least 2 years` relevant experience within Financial Services, plus experience within report writing
