New Business Insurance Development Executive : Hertfordshire
Basic Salary up to 45k, + Bonus, Pension, Medical Insurance and other Benefits

Our client is a Leading National Insurance Broker who has been trading for over 30 years and commands a Top 50 Place in the Market.
Registered in Lloyds with a London Market presence they are now looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account executive in a development position.
Enjoying relationships with All major carriers and having exclusive access to bespoke schemes enabling the executives to succeed to win major Commercial and Corporate Insurance Accounts.

The Position
To Develop and convert a pipeline of New Commercial Insurance Business
You will receive the full support and backing of a designated account handler and a new business broking team to assist you in acquiring the new business.
They also have an in-house claims team to assist with any New Business tenders you are looking at
In Addition to developing your own pipeline you will work alongside the sales team targeting the businesses and trades in the areas you wish to develop.

Our client is looking for a candidate who has the following: -

• At Least 5 Years Commercial / Corporate Experience
• Excellent negotiation skills with Insurers and prospects
• A proven new business development History
• An Ability to meet and exceed targets and KPI
• Excellent knowledge of the Insurance Market and its trends
• CII or progress towards is desirable
