Cameron James Professional Recruitment is seeking to recruit a HR Advisor on a 12 months fixed term contact to support a leading distribution and logistics organisation in a large-scale integration programme.

Key elements to the role will involve:

• Supports the business integration plans for all integration activity across the UK businesses.
• To includes Hubs, transport, Pickup and Delivery operations and functional integration.
• Supporting Managers and employees during collective and individual consultations to ensure legal compliance
• Work with provided documentation and guidelines to follow process and highlight risk.
• Ensuring that all necessary paperwork is produced and issued.

Within this major change project, employees may only be impacted by slight amendments to job descriptions/contracts to major company restructuring. This project involves over 1400 employees over multi-sites locations throughout the UK
As a HR Advisor you will be reporting into the HR Manager, you will make up a team of 2 advisors, covering either the South or North with a central base in the West Midlands.
You`ll be available to cover a fixed term contract, thrive in a varied role and able to offer a flexible approach to your working week. You will be based out and about throughout, either the North or South and will involve overnight stays possibly one to two evenings per week. The role is a mixture of travel with having a base in the West Midlands and the flexibility to be home based for the non-travel days.
You will enjoy the face to face aspect of HR, you will be confident and comfortable to deal with varying situation from contract changes to managing sensitive situations. You will be an important part of this large-scale project and able to manage individual varying projects.
This ‘hands on` role offers variety and after 12 months you will have played a major part in mass scale change project.
