Working in partnership with a Life Insurance Broker in Cheshire I am currently recruiting for a Retentions Manager due to increased, year on year growth.

Your role as a Retentions Manager will be to manage the Retentions side of the business. You will respond to queries and cancellations quickly, identify the reasons why and rectify the situation where possible.

Longer term the Retentions Manager will be responsible for the management, training and development of any new starters within their team and have significant input in terms of the processes to retain business.

The successful Retentions Manager will have Retentions and Collections experience and have a good working knowledge of Life and Protections products.

In return you will receive a generous salary which will be based on and dependent entirely upon your experience and capabilities.
