We are seeking a HR Business Partner (part time - 3 days per week) to join an established, yet evolving manufacturing business based in Castleford. This organisation is keen to shape a new culture, improve their employee engagement and retention through developing new processes for recruitment, training and development and incentives for all employees.

Initially when you will join you will maintain and develop the existing policies, processes and procedures; refresh where needed and deal with the day to day function of the HR department.

Alongside your daily activities, you will work with the senior management team to improve the business` offering to ensure they become an employer of choice through attraction, rewarding and retaining the very best.

This is a perfect opportunity for an individual looking for that next opportunity, you`ll be adding real value from day 1 through influencing and steering the business to achieve its 3-years vision.

As a stand-alone HR Business Partner you will take ownership for all daily nitty gritty activities, this will involve moving into a new automated system, refreshing policies, managing a small handful of ER cases whilst designing and implementing new and improved ways of working.

You will ideally be CIPD qualified to Level 5 or above, enjoy working in a manufacturing environment and thrive working in a standalone role. Rest assured you`ll being hugely supported by the management team and directors. Knowledge of Sage HR would also be beneficial but not essential.
