Cameron James is pleased to be partnering with a leading manufacturing and distribution company located close to Lutterworth, Leicestershire.

We`re searching for a HR Manager to work on a part time basis. You`ll be joining a business which has grown from strength to strength year on year. With a current headcount of just below 100, you will take the lead in managing the day to day HR operations for the business.

You will be enhancing, developing and maintaining the current formal systems devised for the management of people within the organisation and continue to shape an appropriate culture by successfully measuring and introducing programs which reflect and support the core values of the business.

Core duties to include:

• Maintain day to day operational HR duties which support the directors, supervisors and managers throughout the business
• Organisational development : focusing on developing and fostering a successful HR system that maximises human resources as part of larger business strategy
• Creation and maintenance of change programs where appropriate, to allow the organisation to respond to evolving outside and internal influences
• Managing career development : matching individuals with the most suitable jobs and career paths within the organisation. Evaluating and formulating succession planning arrangements.
• Issue of all HR documentation, new starters, leavers, contracts, and development plans
• Resourcing and assisting with the recruitment process
• Dealing with discipline and grievance matters
• Further development of supervisors, line managers and coordinators through training, mentoring and policy setting
• Holding exit interviews to gather information to aid internal development of people and policies within the business
• Monitoring of staff engagement
• All other typical HR duties

This is a varied role and will involve the full HR generalist support. We are ideally looking for a HR professional, CIPD qualified with an understanding and appreciation of the manufacturing sector. The role is offering part time hours and the business is flexible different and open to discussing varies working patterns.
