Working in partnership with a reputable Independent Financial Planners in Chester, I am currently recruiting for a Mortgage Adviser to convert the leads provided and complement the existing advice team.

As a Mortgage Adviser you will source the best mortgage product for the client`s needs and produce the required paperwork in a professional and compliant manner.

Duties will include but will not be limited to;

• Attending client meetings (In the office and off-site)
• Fully analyse each clients` circumstances through fact finds and risk profiling
• Conduct research then write and present your recommendation reports
• Convert clients from leads and enquires, and generate your own new business

The successful Mortgage Adviser must be CeMAP qualified (Or equivalent) and have a thorough understanding of the Mortgage Market as well as experience within secured and unsecured lending and insurance sales.

In return you will receive a salary of £24,000 with uncapped earning potential (OTE £80,000 based on the existing Mortgage Adviser) and will benefit from the brand, enquiries and leads generated within the business.
