Cameron James is partnering with a leading professional services client just on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre for the recruitment of a newly created role of HR Administrator.

By joining this hugely successful organisation you will form part of busy, friendly and successful HR team and you`ll be supporting the HR function and the business with a range of administrative support with duties to include:

• Accurately tracking of employee details to include new starters, leavers and temporary cover
• Gathering appraisal and review documents from varies departmental Heads.
• Compiling HR statistics on a monthly basis.
• Recruitment support to include working closely with the in house to co-ordinate interviews, personality profiling and aptitude testing
• Updating the website on new vacancies and closing roles.
• Accurately maintaining the employee pay and benefits systems, enrolling new starters on the various benefits schemes

And whilst providing the highest level of HR administration, you will also support work colleagues with first line support and queries.

We are ideally looking for individuals with a recent HR administration experience and a genuine interest in HR space. Able to demonstrate experience of working in fast paced environment whilst delivering accurate and first-class administration support. Over and above this you will have a friendly and confident manner and a good sense of humour. If you also have payroll experience, this will add extra value to your application.
