An exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking fuel and energy company as a Payroll and HR admin. This role is predominantly a payroll position but will incorporate some HR. my client s looking for someone to start immediately or who is on a short notice period.

The duties of the Payroll and HR Admin will include:

• Processing 3 Monthly and 1 Weekly Payroll using Sage 50
• Process new starters and leavers, issuing relevant paperwork
• Organise equipment and systems for new starters
• Administer probation periods
• Process contract changes
• Maintain holiday and absence spreadsheets
• Booking accommodation, travel and hire vehicles for staff
• Book and administer training courses
• Update and maintain personal files
• Ordering PPE and safety clothing
• Uploading of pension payments
• Payroll Journals
• Bonus accrual spreadsheet
• Issue Credit Cards and collate receipts, code and enter onto Accounting Software
• Hotel Accruals
• Issue and administer mobile phones, fuel cards and process bills
• General admin
