European HR Advisor (German or Dutch Speaking)

Cameron James is pleased to be partnering with a leading professional services sector client based close to Leeds city centre for the recruitment of a HR Advisor (German or Dutch speaking) to support this organisation continued success in Europe.

Based from their flagship Head Office in Leeds you will be responsible for the HR business needs of a small but growing office network in the Netherlands, Switzerland and Germany. This role will involve travel to these locations on a regular basis and occasion travel to the other UK locations.

This interesting and responsible role has a wide remint including hands on, operational, project and transactional HR work, with guidance and support from the HR Director

Advising and coaching managers on effective ER, engagement and recruitment in line with their business strategy and exciting expansion plans
Aligning and managing the current and future recruitment needs of the European offices.

Maintaining Dutch, German and Swiss HR polices and updating when required

Supporting with key projects to include Values framework and Stress Reduction

You will bring a recent track record of HR advisory work, have experience of working the European market and conversant with employment business practises in at least one of the key European locations detailed above.

Have fluent language skills in either Dutch or German
