An excellent opportunity to join a market leading global company as a Management Accountant. My client is looking for a part qualified or newly qualified CIMA management accountant who is looking for the next step in their career. It is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the finance manager and gain valuable experience.

The main duties of the Management Accountant will include:

• Bank reconciliations
• VAT reconciliations
• Government statistics updates
• Cashflow updates
• Corporate reporting commentary preliminary
• Sales Forecast updates.
• Sales invoicing for one site based on job costing templates
• Journal postings
• Accruals and Prepayments

The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills : must be able to do V-Lookups and Pivot tables as well as a good working knowledge of all other Microsoft packages.

It is vital for the position that the candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work to full potential with own initiative with exceptional organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and numerical skills along with a high level of accuracy and a fantastic eye for detail.
