Cameron James is currently working with a National broker with offices in Manchester city centre who are recruiting for a New Business Broker. Initially, a desk-based position dealing with smaller SME commercial clients. This role will offer the opportunity to attend client visits and receive on the job mentoring and development from established Account Executives, with a view to the successful candidate developing into a fully-fledged Account Executive within the next couple of years.

Responsibilities:

• Excellent negotiation skills with Insurers and prospects
• A proven background in developing New Business
• An Ability to meet and exceed targets and KPI
• A desire to work towards CII qualifications
