Our client is leading insurer who has a fantastic opportunity to add to their existing Customer Services Team. The successfull candidate will be required to work shifts (opening hours Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturdays 9am to 3pm).

The Customer Services Team

As a Customer Services Representative you will play a key role within the Customer Services Team. You will be responsible for the provision of a claims handling service to your customers.

The Customer Services Team is committed to providing outstanding service to customers through attitude, expertise, technical support and quality of service. The team is responsible for the following activities:

• Call handling
• Claim handling
• Collection of customer payments
• Data handling
• Fulfilment support
• Issue of documentation
• Regulatory compliance
• Complaint handling
• Provision of required management information
• All other administrative functions related to customer service
