My client, a Global Construction business based in The City of London are looking to recruit a dynamic, experienced, self-motivated, individual to act as Project Coordinator on a high profile project. The company you will be working for are are known for their prestigious style and their international presence and are offering great opportunity for progression as well as the opportunity to work on a landmark project based in Central London.

The successful applicant will need to have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and be comfortable to work in a small team.

Responsibilities -

• Support the project team
• Keeping project tracker up to date
• Programme Updating
• Minute taking
• Circulation of documents
• General office admin
• Ownership of document control system

Desired Skills and Experience -

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Knowledge of 4P would be a distinct advantage
• Prior project coordination and or document control
• Good Knowledge of the construction industry
• Ability to interact well with clients and colleagues
