Are you looking for your next Director Role?

My client based in the City of London is recruiting an HR Director to take responsibility for the HR and ER practices of their business. You will take on the challenges of Employee Engagement and Compensation & Benefits.

At Cameron James attracting the right kind of people is so important to my client, a working knowledge of the London restaurant / IT / Hospitality sector is paramount.
The role will involve supporting people management functions that underpin the business culture.

As the HR Director you will manage and improve employee matters, compensation and benefits, reward, professional growth, communications and performance management.

This person will have;

• Experience in a HR Generalist role, with a strong Employee Relations aspect
• Strong UK Employment Law experience
• Experience of dealing with ACAS Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunal processes
• Experience in the writing and implementation of Company Policies and Procedures
• Previous Line Management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication, with the ability to communicate at all levels
• HR systems and a good standard of Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills
• Strong influencing skills
• Commercial awareness
• CIPD qualified preferable

This person will be responsible for;
