A Financial Accountant is required to join a Global Technology and Entertainment Brand based in Central London, on a permanent basis. You will be working for a prestigious Company, which has ambitious growth plans over the next few years, particularly in the UK and Europe. Duties will include:

• Accounting for new business models.
• Month end postings and subsequent balance sheet reconciliation including SOX compliance.
• Reconciliation of the systems postings to SAP to ensure completeness and accuracy throughout the month.
• Monthly Settlement of intercompany accounts, ensuring variances between company codes and trading partners are investigated.
• Maintain procedures and SOX manuals.
• Providing Audit information as requested.
• Process improvement & review of current accounting models.
• Management Reporting, including digital KPI`s.
• Support commercial finance team.
• Adhoc projects.

Requirements for this role include:

• Hold a relevant accountancy qualification (ACCA/ACA/CTA or equivalent).
• Digital/Online experience
• Strong transactional accounting experience.
• Organised self-starter, with drive and commitment, able to work with little supervision but always in communication with the team.
• Efficient worker who is able to work under time pressure and maintain high attention to details.
• Flexible and dynamic individual who can respond quickly to the ever-changing digital environment.
• Team player who works collaboratively with the team and other business units in order to achieve common objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships.
• Data preparation including expert MS Excel
• SAP and ERP systems experience.
• Excellent communication skills, able to tailor financial information for both finance and non-finance customers
