An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a large construction company based in Skipton as a Credit Controller. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for career progression and a role which will allow them autonomy. For this reason, the ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and hardworking who is looking to take ownership of a new and exciting role.

The duties of the Credit Controller will include:

• Cash allocation
• Sales ledger
• Chasing outstanding debt
• Reporting on outstanding debt
• Identify overdue accounts
• Query resolution

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years` experience of dealing in either B2B credit control or B2C credit control. You must be an excellent communicator, confident and outgoing individual. this position allows you to report directly to the finance director and also work closely with the managing director.

It is essential that the candidate has a good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages and experience of using Sage 200 would be advantageous. You must have an analytical way of thinking and be highly organised.
