Insurance Account Executive - Hull

Our client is a leading Independent Broker based in Hull. They are now looking for an experienced Account Executive to service and develop a book of Business.

You will be required to Develop and Service a Mixed book of business containing all classes with premiums ranging from £1,000 to £50,000 in premium.

You will be assisted by an account handler on the daily handling on the book with Mid-term adjustments and the processing of Documentation.

Our client is looking for a candidate who has the following: -

• At least 3 years commercial/corporate Account executive experience
• Experience of development of existing accounts
• A candidate who has the personality and confidence to develop relationships in a Commercial / Corporate market
• Excellent negotiation skills with Insurers and clients
• A proven record of a high retention rate of a book of business
• Progress towards CII qualifications would be desirable
