Cameron James is currently working with a dynamic, high-growth organisation who provides an integrated suite of solutions to corporate law departments and law firms, and partners with leading software and services providers both within and outside the legal industry. My client are a young company but are made up of seasoned professionals in the legal industry with a focus on building productive long-term relationships with employees and clients in an environment where collaboration is encouraged, knowledge is shared freely and diversity of thought, cultures, communities and points of view is embraced.

We are looking for a bright, curious and driven individual to join our small yet passionate global HR team. You will join a busy team and support a wide variety of HR and operational activities working closely with the local Talent Acquisition Manager. As is often the case within a small company : your role will be a combination; HR and Operations Support.

Your main HR responsibilities will be to;

• Source / Recruitment
• Interviews
• Select
• Onboard legal contractors
• Deliver the best results for our clients.

HR administration activities will include;

• Data entry (HR System), HR correspondence
• Managing references,
• Background checks
• New joiner onboarding coordination

You will be a key member of our clients Moves Committee, coordinating our Global Wellness program, and you will also join our Clutch Social Committee, organising our Quarterly Team Charity and Monthly Social Events.

The ideal person for this position will have held a similar role and be looking to develop a career in HR. You are looking for a role where you can use your exceptional organisational skills to manage a varied workload while ultimately delivering the best quality service.

Desirable Skills;

• 1 Years experience working in Recruitment / HR / Admin Role
• Law or Banking Background

Stand out applicants will have previous experience in a HR or Recruitment Administration role with experience interviewing and selecting professional candidates. We are also particularly interested in learning if you have held an office support or management role and you would like to develop your career within HR and Recruitment. Ultimately, we will select someone who demonstrates that they will fit into a tight knit global team, who genuinely cares about the company, and understands that everything we do drives our success and the service we provide to our clients.
